Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves to hot oil in a pan
Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till onions are golden brown
Add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste
Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Cover the pan for 10 min
Add sardines and add some salt if needed. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes
Serve it with bread
